Local artisans were asked to restore a frieze of mosaics, stuccoes, elegant balconies and French terracotta tiles; while inside, to make the villa look like a time capsule, designers spent a year and a half searching for elegant contemporary pieces, Lime crafts and the right amount of antiques and striking works of art.
